Commission T.o.s

By ordering a commission from me you agree to these Terms of Service.1. I reserve the right to turn down any commission I feel uncomfortable to draw.2. You acknowledge the product is digital only (unless stated otherwise).3. Do not claim the artwork as yours. Reposting your commissioned artwork is allowed as long as proper crediting is given (linking to any of my socials).4. Commissioned arts are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not profit from any commissioned piece. Monetary purposes such as, but not exclusive to, merchandise, NFTs, blockchain and/or crypto, AI work or AI data training or resale are not permitted.5. I require full payment before I start the commission.
+ Payment should be sent over through Paypal and in EUR, thank you.6. I'll send you WIPs (work in progress) via your preferred contact method.
+ While the artwork is in progress, and preferably when I show you a WIP, you may request changes. Major changes will only be accepted in sketch phase.
+ After the piece is finished I'll only accept minor changes if it's a misunderstanding on my part. To avoid that please provide clear references.7. It will take me from 1 week to 1 month to finish your commission, depending on how many things I have to do, so please don't rush me.
+ If you have a fixed deadline, +10 EUR will be charged.
+ You may request an update on your commission whenever and as often as you want. You can also check your commission progress on my Trello.8. You may ask for a refund if, after 2 months that you paid, I still didn't start your commission.
